I am trying to import GCPs to perform geocoding but facing this error "GC_GCPTF: imported GCP longitudes are exceeding range for conversion". How can i remove this error?

Most probably, the GCP file is already in metric coordinates and no conversion is required; so you just would need to deselect the coordinate conversion while importing. If they are in lat/lon coordinates you should make sure not havinb switched order of the geographic coordinates.
Send the GCP file to our support address in case it still fails.
