Image correction without projecting

Do you know if it is possible to correct an image without projecting it? ie., correct an image still in sensor geometry assuming I have the .sca/.igm/.glt files associated with the image/sensor pair? 

Yes, that's possible - and also recommended for large data sets. If you want to do the terrain correction as well, you'd need to run the 'DEM Preparation' tool in PARGE which performs the back-transformation of all DEM-related parameters to raw geometry in one step.
