How to import DEM file in PARGE

I have a LiDAR based DEM file of my study area in 1m resolution. While my image pixel resolution is 0.27316600 m. When I add the DEM in the software nothing appears in the display. Kindly help me out in this problem. Error image is attached in the post.

It seems that your LIDAR DEM is of BIL format - please make sure that it is in a band sequential image format (ENVI or TIFF).
If this does not help, please send us the file to be imported (or the ENVI header, respectively).
