Number of tiles for processing
What should be the "Number of tiles for processing" while performing IGM cube rectification of HYSPEX VNIR imagery? i have increased the number of tiles for processing but still  interpolation procedure fails due to memory allocation problems.

RE: Number of tiles for processing
Increasing the number of tiles helps to decrease the memory amount required for processing. As of our experience, there is adequate on 64 bit systems with 4GB of memory or more. The functionality of our software for large high resolution imagery is limited on 32bit Windows systems, however, as Windows can not allocate emough memory to the process regardless of how much memory is installed on the computer. Make sure that you got a 64bit installation including the 64bit IDL virtual machine.

I am using 64bit Windows system and IDL virtual machine is 64bit as well. I set "3" as "Number of tiles for processing" but faced the same memory allocation error.

What are the image dimensions and the DEM dimensions you want to process? - we need to check this off-forum.

Image dimensions:
samples = 1600
lines = 12233

DEM dimensions:
samples = 518
lines = 5899
