Water vapour map for TASI scene

I was wondering what the best way to select the water vapour profile when atmospherically correcting thermal (TASI) data would be? I have coincident VNIR/SWIR data – could I use this as input when processing the thermal data? Or do I just have to estimate the approximate column water vapour amount (e.g. 0.4, 1.0 etc.)?

You can use the water vapor map from the VNIR/SWIR data. However, it has to be matched to the TASI scene (same pixels per line, same number of lines).
It is an external water vapor map to the TASI scene, therefore if the TASI scene is named 'tasi_scene.bsq' then the file name of the water vapor map has to be 'tasi_scene_wv.bsq' (and its header 'tasi_scene_wv.hdr') .
