These panels only appear if the option 'Shadow Removal (Clouds/Buildings)' is selected in the processing options. There is no way to run the shadow removal independently from the main processing. In older ATCOR versions, the option was furthermore restricted to integer data types - this has been updated with the latest release
7.0 of ATCOR-4.
