ATCOR3 output error
Hello everyone

I have been working with ATCOR for atmospheric and topographic correction using ATCOR3 for landsat images. However in the output image, I find that the pixel depth and type changed in to 8bit unsigned yet in the original image (Landsat 8) these values were 16bit unsigned. In addition the no data value assigned to have a value of 600 in which i don't understand how this values come in.

Just to let you know the procedures I went through. I first do ATCOR dehaze in the raw landsat image. Then using the dehazed image result as in put, I execute the ATCOR3 for atmospheric and topographic correction.

Kindly help me on what causes a change to the pixels value and type and no data value as well.

Thank you in advance for your help.

RE: ATCOR3 output error
The data type of the of atmospheric correction is driven by the scaling factor parameter (on input) as follows:
- a factor of >=1.0 will result in floating point reflectances
- a factor of 2 to 10: byte data outputs
- a factor of 11 to 500: integer
- a factor >500 : unsigned integer

Reflectances are always scaled from percent reflectance.
