Missing DLL on Windows
If starting the software on Windows 11 it's getting stuck, or we are getting an error 'MSVCP100.dll' not found.
The reason may be a missing DLL.
To solve it, go to:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/wi...w=msvc-170
and download
Visual Studio 2010 (VC++ 10.0) SP1 (no longer supported)
Alternatively, you may install the latest IDL virtual machine and start from there.
