Hyperspectral imaging systems are usually configured individually. Thus, the sensor needs to be defined by the ATCOR user according to section 4.6 of the ATCOR-4 user manual (respectively 4.8 for ATCOR-2/3). After having defined the sensor, the function 'RESLUT' needs to be started from the ATCOR menu in order to resample the atmospheric database to the sensor definition. A sensor-specific directory is then created in the directory 'atm_lib' of the ATCOR installation. Only the sensors which have this atmospheric libraries prepared will appear in the menu.
