I'm running ATCOR4 in batch using MATLAB to write inn files and make system calls to launch the ATCOR4 executable.
Unfortunately, even if the inn file generated from the batch procedures are identical to the ones generated by the manual run of ATCOR4 through the GUI, the batched execution does not generate value added files.
The flag "ksolflux" is set to 1 in both cases, but the behavior changes. In the GUI situation an extra window opens for setting LAI parameters and stuff (which don't add any line or parameters to the inn file, is that normal?) and the extra .flx file is written; in the batch situation only the regular outputs are written.
Is there a way to get value added products written in batch mode?

the reason may be that value added products can only be generated for VIS/NIR type of imagery; for SWIR imagery not such products will be written.
