Yes, there are two options for deshadowing of hyperspectral data; either cloud shadow removal or cast shadow detection/removal routines. However, both routines requires some configuration work by the end user and will only work on sensors with enough dynamics for low signals and which are not affected by electronic offsets or other calibration issues; specifically the blue spectral range is critical in this context.
